The study was on Effects of Team Efforts on the Realization of Organizational Goals. A case study of Port-Harcourt Electricity Distribution Company-PHEDC, Uyo. The study was aimed at examining the effect of team effort on the realization of organizational goals, and to identifying the prevalence condition that hinder team from realizing organizational goals. In administering the data, the random sampling method was used and the main research instrument were questionnaire for data collection and the structured interview scheduled. The data was presented and analyzed using descriptive statistical tools (mean and simple percentages). And the hypotheses using chi-square (X2) statistical method. it was discovered that there is a significant relationship between team efforts and the realization of organizational goals. it was recommended among others that members of a team should co-operate in order for work to be carried out; and managers should be aware of the impact of team and their effects in realizing organizational goals. Also, goals should be emphasized stated clearly and communicated to all members of teams in organization.
