Also it was discovered that consumer cooperatives is like every other business organization which aims at satisfying the needs of the people. Although consumer cooperative has created much impact in the economic development of Nigeria there are certain constraints that obstructed smooth operation. Thus at chapter five of this work the researcher put up possible measures to arrest these problems.
